Leslie Wybiral is a Senior Associate at the Firm, representing investors, brokers, brokerage firms, and hedge funds in federal and state courts. Over the course of her practice, Leslie has earned a widespread reputation as a diligent advocate with detailed knowledge of the intricacies of securities and commodities trading law.
Leslie has successfully represented clients in commodities and securities regulation issues, arbitration and reparation matters, and futures litigation. Leslie is also known for her successful advocacy in out-of-court proceedings, having achieved favorable settlements in numerous Class Action lawsuits. Leslie has extensive experience representing clients before securities and commodities exchanges and their regulatory counterparts, e.g., the National Futures Association (NFA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Leslie is a graduate of Marymount College (magna cum laude, 2001) and New York Law School (2005), where she was the Executive Case Comment Editor (2004) and the Associate Editor (2003) for the New York Law Review. Leslie also holds a Certificate in International Legal Studies from the Salzburg Institute in Salzburg, Austria (2003). In addition to her legal practice, Leslie mentors young lawyers and is an active member of numerous local and national Bar Associations.
