ATTORNEY PROFILE
Alexander Tripp is Of Counsel to the Firm, where he specializes in trial and appellate work. Mr. Tripp has a diverse practice, representing clients in complex commercial matters, actions for fraud, breach of contract, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and insurance fraud. Additionally, Mr. Tripp has served as counsel in many international matters concerning foreign judgment enforcement, international trade, and admiralty law. Mr. Tripp has also represented clients in matters arising from the Iraq Oil-For-Food Program and U.S. trade embargoes.
Prior to joining the Firm Mr. Tripp worked as a litigation associate at the law firm of Kornstein Veisz, Wexler & Pollard LLP, and was a Partner at the law firm of Eton & Van Winkle LLP.
Mr. Tripp is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (1988) and Fordham University School of Law (1997), where he was the Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal.
